I 
(definitions)

This Agreement will use the followings definitions :
• You (the licensee): the individual or legal entity using the font(s).
• Alexandre Créquer (the licensor): the creator and copyright holder of all typefaces available through alex-creq.com.

II 
(agreement)

By installing, using, or accessing any font created by Alexandre Créquer, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

III 
(commercial license)

You are not purchasing the font itself, but a license to use under specific conditions.

You may:
• Use the font across all types of media: print, web, apps, logos, broadcast, packaging, etc.
• Share the font with external collaborators (freelancers, printers, developers) only if they agree to use the font exclusively for your project and ensuring that they have read and agreed this EULA.
• Modify the font for your own use. Redistribution of modified versions is not allowed without a written permission of Alexandre Créquer.

You may not:
• Resell, redistribute or publish the font files (original or modified) with any third party.
• Embed the font in downloadable software or use it dynamically via API without a specific license.
• Upload the font to public repositories or tools that would make it accessible to others.

IV
(company size)

The cost of a commercial license is determined by the total number of employees in your company, not by how many people will actually use the font :
• If you’re purchasing on behalf of a client, the license must reflect their company size.
• For holding companies, the license must correspond to the operational entity where the font will be used.
• Agencies working with multiple clients must acquire separate licenses for each one unless otherwise specified.

V 
(discounts)

Discounted commercial licenses are available for:
• Current students and educators (-80%)
• Non-profit organizations and registered charities (-50%)

These groups are eligible for reduced pricing to encourage accessibility and ethical use of design resources.

• Students may use licensed fonts for both educational and commercial purposes, during and after their studies.
• Educators may use fonts in teaching materials, class demos, and non-commercial publications.

When buying the font, you are asked to upload a valid proof of status (e.g. student card, academic contract, charity registration certificate), which is verified by Alexandre Créquer. Without a valid proof of your current status, you won’t be granted the discount.

VI 
(trial fonts)

Trial fonts are provided, for free, in .otf files, including all glyphs and features. They are made solely for testing, prototyping, and internal evaluation.

You may:
• Use trial fonts in internal layouts, client proposals, or mockups that are not publicly shared or published.

You may not:
• Use trial fonts in public-facing or commercial materials, including websites, social media, portfolios, videos, branding, packaging, or any distributed files.
• Use them in presentations, pitch decks, or portfolios visible to the public.
• Deliver any work containing trial fonts, even non-paid, unless a proper license is acquired.

VII 
(open-source license)

Some fonts are released, for free, under the SIL Open Font License (OFL).

You may:
• Use the font in personal, commercial projects, or any type of project and media.
• Modify and redistribute the font.

You may not:
• Re-license the font under different terms.
• Sell the font as-is or use it to create a derivative product sold on its own.

You should:
• Credit “Alexandre Créquer” as the original author when redistributing the font.

VIII 
(files included)

• .otf (OpenType for print and desktop use)
• .woff / .woff2 (for web use)

IX 
(updates)

All commercial and open-source license holders are entitled to free updates of the font, including improvements, bug fixes, and additional characters.

X 
(responsability)

Alexandre Créquer is only liable for the fonts when used within a normal and reasonable scope. Any damages resulting from improper or unintended use are not its responsability.

The licensed fonts support 262 languages based on the Latin Extended character set, including:
